Tilda . . . just for fun!

Hey there my blogging friends!! It's Sunday and I have been doing a bit of "playing" lately! That's right . . . I made a card JUST FOR FUN!! And wanted to share it with you . . . (be forewarned . . . bright papers! Ya better grab your sunglasses!! hehe!)
I made this card for our sweet grand-daughter, Sophie . . . she's my little "crafting" buddy! Soph lives about 2000 miles away, but we "Skype" and craft together quite regularly! She just started 1st grade . . . all day school! She's doing well . . . her mom (my daughter) is a wreck!  Maybe I should make a card for my daughter too! Here's a close-up of "Tilda with Pencils" . . .
And a sort of "side view" . . .
Card Recipe:
Image stamped onto Cryogen cardstock
DPs: Class of '87 Collection: Kaiser Craft
Lucky Limeade cardstock: Stampin' Up
Kraft paper, twine, charm, flowers, & brad: My stash
Spiral notebook edge punch: Fiskars
Red pearl pen: Viva
Copics & Various colored pencils

A peek at the inside . . .
And, of course, the ever popular "ahhhtsy" view . . .
 I thought I'd enter this card into a few challenges . . .

Am off to finished coloring another "just for fun" Tilda! Wheet whoo! Thanks so much for stopping by to visit! Thanks (in advance) for all your sweet comments! Hugs . . .

Pat, I love your "just for fun" card.....the papers are perfect for this awesome Tilda. She is so darn cute and colored to perfection. Sophie will treasure this card!!!!
Hahaha....I clearly remember sending my kids off to all-day school....my son did not want to go on the school bus. I had to literally push him on the bus... I turned around and cried all the way back to the house. Oh my...still brings tears to my eyes!

Pat I love each & every one of your cards & especially the ones "for fun" as Magnolias are my all time favorite, I'm sure you said awhile back where you got those wonderful little chalk boards you write on but would love to have you tell me again ,,, I LOVE then & how fun they would be on kids birtday cards or just for fun cards with their name on them,
Your work is simply amazing ...
Hugs, Janie

Pat this is pretter in person, than on Skype.. the colors are so bright that green really really pops this card and that apple is just the perfect touch. Soph is going to LOVE this. Plus that little chalk board in the corner is just another perfect, but just to let you know they don't use chalk boards in school anymore. Guess were old...lol
