Daisy . . .

Hey there!! Welcome to my little corner of Blogland!! Today I have a sweet card that I made for a little girl in the U.K. named Sophie! Sophie is battling cancer, and my dear friend and DT sister, Lou Daubney is collecting cards from all over the world to send to Sophie to help cheer her up while she's undergoing treatment!! I hope little Sophie likes the color blue . . . because this card is definitely BLUE!! *** If you're interested in joining the "Cards for Sophie" campaign, please "Private Message" Lou on Facebook for details!
I used "Daisy" a sweet digi image available HERE in Mo's online store! Here's a bit of a side view . . .

Mo's "Flower Jar" . . .

Hello friends!! I hope you've had a GREAT weekend! I've been busy coloring and painting (so much more fun than cleaning house!) Here's just one of the projects I've been working on . . .

I used one of Mo's newest digi images called "Flower Jar" (available HERE in Mo's online store)! Here's a close-up . . .

I love looking at flowers . . . and smelling them (even though they make me sneeeeze!) . . . but I honestly can't tell the difference between flowers and weeds! I would have no idea what kind of flowers these are . . . except Mo told me that the red ones are poppies! They were sure fun to color, though!!

Here's a bit of a side view . . .
My Card "Recipe" . . .

Concord Crush & Real Red cardstock: Stampin' Up
So Saffron ribbon & pearl brad: Stampin' Up

Copics (too many to keep track of!)

I haven't quite finished the inside, although I think it will make a lovely "Sympathy" card. Here's a slightly angled view . . .

So . . . that's what I've been up to these past couple of days! I hope you'll stop by "Mo's Dream Team Blog" and "Mo's Clubhouse Blog" for some really gorgeous daily inspiration! Fairies & a Giggling Snowman . . .

Merry Christmas!! Just kidding! But I am in a bit of a winter frame of mind!! Today I have a verrrrrrry sparkly creation for you . . . using several of Mo Manning wintry images all merged together!!

I used Giggling Snowman (available HERE in Mo's online store) . . . and Fairy Christmas with sentiment (available HERE)! Here's a close-up . . .

I covered the entire colored image using a Versamark Watermark Stamp Pad . . . then sprinkled images with Stampin' Up Heat & Stick Powder. I heated it with my heat gun until it became "glisteny" . . . then sprinkled on Stampin' Glitter (shaking off excess) and re-heated to set. It's an easy and fun way to get EXTRA sparkle!!

Here's a bit of a side view . . .
