Oh my goodness...here we are, 2 days into 2011 and I am just now posting my "Happy New Year" message!! 2010 has been an amazing year...I started a new job, learned about blogging, started my own blog...and best of all, I have met so many wonderful, wonderful people!! I don't want to get all schmoopy here...just know that I cherish each and every one of you, sweet friends!!
So...new year...new resolutions to make (and break...hehe!)...and so much fun crafting to be done and challenges to enter!! YIKES!! So let's get started, shall we?
My first post of the new year is a "Thank You" card...to all of you...for your friendship and support...you ROCK!! (Just think of the postage I'm saving by posting your card here rather than mailing it!! LOL!) I have to tell you something funny...do you see the Eiffel Tower? Well...guess where I got that DP? Actually, I got it from a Paris calendar that I purchased a year ago!! I knew I'd use it someday...and today turned out to be someday!! I had such a fun time making this card! Maybe I'm just excited because it's not a Christmas card!! LOL!!
Here is a side view...I love this huge ribbon...isn't it just the best?!! Can you see the Eiffel Tower charm?
And here's a sort of "artsy" view"...
And a view of the inside...
And a close-up of the sentiment...you really DO mean the world to me!!
And here's my card "recipe"...
