Sugar Nellie Monday!!

Hey there, sweet friends!! I hope you had a great weekend!! I certainly did!! I spent both days in my studio creating art!! Oh, oh, oh . . . did you get a chance to "Blog Hop" over at Sugar Nellie's? And now I have a new Sugar Nellie DT card to share with you . . .

This card is for a very dear - and insanely talented - artist friend of mine who has just been accepted into a very prestigious art school in Pennsylvania! I am so excited for her . . . and am so looking forward to seeing her grow into an even more amazing artist!! This quirky image is called "Artistic Goddess" and is from the "Simply Sassy" collection of Sugar Nellie stamps. This was my very first  "Simply Sassy" stamp . . . and I still love her bunches! You can find her HERE at Funky Kits.Here's a close-up . . .

That hair is such fun to color!! And I just went a little wild with layering and mixing and matching colors and papers and embellies!! Here's a side view . . .
